Marmomac — Local services in Verona

Disorganized chaos. Every year it seems to get worse. There are vendors from all over the world and you can see all of the latest machinery but the fair itself is a nightmare to get to and from. If the staff were kinder or patient (at the gate) it would help the situation but unfortunately that isn't the case. And they switched the drop off points this year and after I exited and saw that there was no shuttle they told me "we switched the pickup to the rear of the building this year" BUT then they would not let me back in to walk directly through the building so I had to walk around it (its an ENORMOUS array of buildings) so by the time I got to the other side I had missed the last shuttle and had to get an Uber. I hate to be "that person" posting negative reviews but this was just one story of many so I felt compelled to comment 😞 Furthermore one of my vendors who has been in the show for 14 years said the same thing and another gentleman who also had to walk around the building to the new shuttle location said that he was not coming...
