(This will be a long review!) Our family had an absolutely amazing experience. Parking is on the top level (free, and the spots state it's reserved, but it's reserved for those going to the CMV) and the bottom level (you have to pay). The ticket office is right near the parking lot. (There's a sign that says tickets on the outside of the ticket place and a rug that says "Children's Museum Verona" on the ground right outside of the ticket place.) It was €27 for a family of 3 (1 child who is 4+ and 2 adults), which is super reasonable! (Finding the entrance was kinda hard) You have to walk to the front door thats not attached to the ticket booth, which is a little ways down from the ticket place. (Take a left, then walk down the walkway to the wall and go up that sidewalk that's on the inside of the wall. You'll find the door to get in.)
Inside was nice. There was super helpful staff that spoke English & Italian. They were all super caring and friendly with adults and children. The museum was large, but it did fill up fast, there was at least 30 other families there with us. It wasn't packed super tight. There was still room for everyone to move and walk without bumping into each other! There's a water part we're boots are available for the kids to wear and little overalls so they don't get wet. There are a few adult booties, too, but not a lot.
1 hour and 45 mins was more than enough to do everything in there a couple of times. Our daughter had an absolute blast, and we will be back again!!

Read moreWe bought tickets online, but still had to go to the ticket office to get entrance ticket. Got upstairs, and we had to wait in line again so that people could get ready to go in side(no shoes or bags) they have space to put everything we had a key for our locker. The set up is nice the children enjoyed it so much, and i love the fact that by the end everyone should help pack up. What i didn't love? They let too many people in at a time,,, the "tour" is 1.45 hours which is awesome, but not when it's so crowded i had to constantly pull my child out of the way cause inconsiderate grown ups would bump into him and not even care ( he is 1 years old) inconsiderate parents would not watch their kids push little ones out of the way so that they could play with whatever,,, like i said i wouldn't take my kids again. One time was more than enough for me and my kids.... the potential is amazing, the price is not bad but personally i will never spend over 40 € again for an over...
Read moreThe place isn't too big and it accommodates a limited number of people so it is never overcrowded. You book your ticket with a scheduled time in advance and it can't be easier than that. The parking wasn't a problem (even during the holidays). The personnel is kind, friendly and available. There are different areas where the children can learn, be amazed or have just fun. My kids would have liked to stay longer and they didn't have chance to try every activity or workcraft presented but that's because they enjoyed so much every exploring activity that they spent a looooong time for each one of them and there was not time left to do everything. Completely satisfied. It's true it could be considered expensive but we don't have much of these learn-to-do indoor activities around our area. It was a fresh and...
