Si possono scegliere crepes dolci, salate, waffle tradizionali o bubble waffle. Ho preso una crepes salata con speck, scamorza affumicata, funghi trifolati e lattuga. Era molto buona, impasto soffice e molto abbondante. La scamorza era fusa ed era perfetta con lo speck. Poi ho preso un bubble waffle con crema di pistacchio, panna e topping con granella di pistacchio. Era delizioso. Ambiente semplice con pochi tavoli. L'attesa è stata un po' lunga (circa 20 minuti) ma d'altronde la dipendente era da sola e fa quello che può. Tornerò per provare il bubble waffle con Nutella fragole e panna.
