He called us while we were on the road travelling towards the residence cancelling our booking with his deliberate lies. We clearly understood that he re-booked it to others, most likely for much more $ and a 'longer period stay', since we noticed that it was advertised in many places elsewhere and for almost double the price and a minimum of 'more' than two-night stay...

We booked this beautiful residence for 2 nights December 2024 and for what we thought was a special cheap price and for only two nights. Only a few hours before check-in, while travelling to the residence, the owner called us and told us that the power throughout the residence was off and that he had to cancel our booking😮😮😮

We were stranded and had to find another place urgently, ending with a dump😔 and for much more $…We booked in the same area. That same night, we went passed the residence and noticed that he lied since the lights were on😮

The next day, we called ‘booking.com’ but they claimed that they could do nothing. We then called the owner, told him that he lied and that the lights to the residence were on, ending in an argument where he eventually hung up on us, when only then did he arrange to refund our booking within hours. Semplicemente scorretti e maleducati.A meno di 12 ore dal MIO MATRIMONIO, la struttura non ha telefonato nè ha scritto una mail ufficiale su Booking, ma ha pensato bene di inviare una nota audio di 3 minuti sul mio numero di WhatsApp (che poi ha pensato bene anche di cancellare dopo che ho contattato Booking per il grande disservizio arrecato alle mie nozze). Nella nota audio avvisava che avrebbe cancellato la prenotazione per un loro problema tecnico senza darmi supporto nel cercare un altro alloggio per la mia famiglia nella stessa zona. Volevano dislocarli a 20 km (se avessi accettato) e avrei dovuto pagare loro una differenza perché MI STAVANO CONCEDENDO la grazia di un appartamento a Salerno. Quando ho chiamato per dire che non ero d’accordo e ero molto preoccupata e delusa perché mi hanno dato uno stress non indifferente con questa loro ritrovata, mi è stato attaccato il telefono in faccia, non mi hanno mai più risposto a telefono nè da quel numero nè ad altri numeri. Avrei dovuto portare la mia famiglia in quel residence pagato 3 mesi prima 522 euro per due notti, scelto perché era vicino alla struttura dove mi sposavo l’indomani e mi hanno lasciata sola senza assistenza e ho dovuto pagare un alloggio il triplo per la mia famiglia. Il proprietario è una persona sgradevole ed arrogante, state lontani da quel residence, NON SI SANNO COMPORTARE. Non hanno risposto nemmeno a Booking. Mi sono vista cancellare la prenotazione perché avevano un guasto all’acqua calda e non hanno provveduto ad aiutarmi nè ad interfacciarsi dignitosamente con me. Un messaggio vocale, nemmeno una chiamata. E poi si sono dileguati, che schifo!!! Sapevate che ero la Sposa e non vi è importato minimamente non arrecarmi danno nel giorno prima del mio matrimonio....

I stayed, with some friends, in Vietri Sul Mare, for two nights. I wish we could have stayed longer! It was like living in a palace! The apartment was exquisite. The kitchen was well supplied, and we had our breakfasts and suppers there. There were a lot of steps up to the apartment, but if you want those fantastic views, and the nice breezes - that is the price you pay. I would love to return, and spend more time.
