It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was rude and did not speak English. We booked a room for four people, but the three of us arrived, and we were forced to pay an additional 21,500 yen for the fourth person. We also ordered a free transfer for 6:30 a.m., but when we got up, it wasn't there, which caused us to miss the bus and then the train to Kyoto and lose money. Already at night , when we were asleep and thought that we were going on a transfer , the staff wrote to Booking.com at 2 a.m., all the transfers are busy and get there on your own, of course we only saw this in the morning when we were supposed to leave. THIS GLAMPING IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND STAFF IS TERRIBLE!!! Be careful with this place and its staff, I do not recommend anyone to...
Read moreAbsolutely loved this place. The view of Mount Fuji was breathtaking. The room was super spacious, clean, and they even have fridge, microwave, heater, and aircon. Toilet and private shower were spotless too, very well maintained.
The staff was polite and friendly, and really appreciate for the arrangement of shuttle service to pick us up. Loved the peaceful vibe here. We had BBQ dinner in the cool weather and it felt so relaxing.
It was such a beautiful starry skies at night and took some nice videos/photos. Totally worth it and would love to...

I had a good sleep and woke up seeing the trees and mountain covered in fog, it feels so peaceful. Toilets and bathrooms are separate from the tent, so it may cold if you need bathroom in early morning or late night. Other than that, the place is more equipped than many of the hotels I have stayed. Overall, the camp site is well organized, clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this place and...
