The villa was spacious, very tidy and equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. 3 Bedroom with 2 single beds each plus 2 additional futons for a total of 8 people capacity. Lots of info cards in English around the house. Check in and check out process very straightforward via tablet. The great value of this accommodation is the view of Mt Fuji from the outdoor patio, the living room and the little window in the bathroom. In the morning we had breakfast with stunning view of the mountain. It was great!
I believe there are few things can be improved:

The rooms were quite good with plugs near the beds. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to make a nice dinner, along with a large dining table. It's also conveniently close to Fuji-Q highland. The not-so-good stuff: The mattresses were quite hard. This is something that's ok for some, but for me it would have been painful. I got an air mattress to use on top. Obviously, using the terrace and the bbq meant dealing with bugs, so be careful if that's something that bothers you.
