Don Quijote Hiroshima Gion Store — Local services in Hiroshima

It has a great variety of goods, many of which are discounted. It also has a good selection of import good that are cheaper than other import shops. I enjoy coming here, but the biggest issue I have had EVERY SINGLE TIME is the lack of customer service training. Most service staff have been either very rude or would ignore me and others, despite verbally calling them and making eye contact.

I made the mistake of getting a Christmas present wrapped there. The section leader had an untrained staff member wrap the present and it ended up looking like a 5-year old has wrapped it. Extremely poor job. I was very displeased and despite my complaint, the section leader told me to go away and ignored me after that. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had there so far.

I still shop here from time to time, but I make a point to avoid anything related to customer service staff unless necessary. It's not worth...

商品がめちゃくちゃ安く手に入る場所。 近くにネットカフェがあって気軽に足を運べて好きでした。

だけど、夕方の17時過ぎに行ったら若め男性の品出しの定員さんが「あー💢もう、なんしとるんや」とか「まだ、出しよる途中でとんなやとか」他のお客さんが触って去った後に結構な大きな声でブチ切れでお仕事されてました。

近くにいた私含め、他の何人かのお客さんがその男の子をじーっと見ていましたが

言葉が悪く、イライラしながら何か言葉でキレていて品出ししててドン！って音を立てていらっしゃり、周りの人はその場から離れて行かれてました。

人が多い中での品出しで、イライラする気持ちも分からなくないですが、自ら選んで働いてるお仕事ですし 店内の表でする態度では無いかと思います。

イライラしすぎてダンボール若干凹んでたし…

商品を雑に扱う定員さんみて、お店の物なのにバイトがそんな風に扱ったら良くないと思います。

レジの主婦っぽい女性も、無愛想…なんだか残念です。

ここは定員さんの質落ちたきがしますね。

お客さんが多い場所だからこそ、あのままキレながら品出ししていたら、それを見たあと、会計の時にレジの人もブスっとしながら対応していたら、いつかトラブルを招いてしまう事になると思います。
