Shichirigahama Parking Area — Local services in Kamakura

This parking have a nice sea view, however the ability of this parking organisation to deal with unexpected situation is terrible. Such as the exit machine breaking down. This happens on the firework festival where the car park is overcrowded, unfortunately the exit machine have some kind of issue and does not let the car flow exit smoothly, this forces all the car remain inside. It doesn’t only waste our precious time for our journey, as the time is ticking while we are inside the car park ,extra half an hour parking fee need to be paid. I would want an apologies and compensation from this car park. And for you who is able to see this review, I would hope you can have a radical rethink about whether to choose this car park for your cars resting point during the journey as it may interrupt your peaceful journey with...

Great parking location!

The road going to Enoshima could get a little traffic, so if you want to stop by and enjoy the sea view (or at least we stopped by here to watch the sunset but we were too late), this place is perfect!

The parking area is so spacious. There’s a small restaurant in the middle of the parking area and if you want to swim or surf, there’s a staircase leading you to the beach.

It’s a good location, in walking distance to Enoshima Dentetsu station. The view is excellent too and it’s usually not too crowded.

The caveat is the parking fee is very substantial even for American standard. Make sure not to park there for too long. We parked around 5 hours and it...
