We initially placed our order using the QR code, but decided to take a break to enjoy the sea view and some yaki bread we had purchased elsewhere. Suddenly, a staff member dashed out from the kitchen, scolding us with a firm ‘no!’ as I put the bread in my mouth, making us uncomfortable.
He insisted we needed to place another order, even though we had already ordered. After checking the app, he told me ‘はいてない’ (not ordered), leaving me confused. Despite this, I placed a second order. Overhearing them discuss us, using the term ‘外国人’ (foreigners) with my limited Japanese knowledge, left me feeling displeased and offended.
Later, I realized there were two separate orders, so I asked to cancel the whole order to start fresh, but they said the kitchen was already preparing our first order, so we couldn’t cancel it. They only canceled the second order, and we ended up ordering a dessert to accommodate three of us, with no apology from the staff.
The wagyu steak was kinda chewy it’s hard to bite, the fried rice itself was kinda salty and oily. The snow crab spaghetti with no food presentation and French toast were alright.

If you want to run the place on a paper list then you should monitor it regularly and attend to it timely. However, the waitress kept walking by without checking the list when there were clearly more than 5 available tables. It’s unclear whether it’s genuine poor management or it’s the restaurant’s attempt to appear more popular than it is.
