“ i have send two email and no one ever reply “ Horrible staffs and management. I would like to share my recent experience at your establishment, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
During my visit, I ordered five main dishes and two pancakes. Initially, we waited 30 minutes for our first main dish, but we weren’t informed of its name. So one of my family member mistake the “shrimp burger “as he thought its “beef burger “. How difficult for the staff to leave the dish with telling you the dish name ? After another 30 minutes, three more main dishes FINALLY arrived, still, leaving me with a 45-minute wait without food. And no one ever check back with us. To expedite the process, we ordered pancakes while waiting for the mains, which surprisingly arrived quickly.
However, the pancakes were sweet, while the mains were salty. Common sense right ? I found it inconvenient that we were expected to use the same set of cutlery without being proactively offered new ones for dessert. How basic it is.
Having paid 19,000 JPY, I was disappointed with the overall service, staff attitude, waiting time and food quality. ( I did not expect a fine dining experience ) but I anticipated a standard that reflects a normal restaurant or café.
I wish there were a way to convey the staff's attitude during our visit, as it significantly impacted our experience. Additionally, the pancakes were cold and lacked the fluffiness I expected. ( totally different with the BILLS , also the tase is horrible, cold, and u feel like the pankcake have been made for kore than hours and they reheat for you )

It's quite windy today so a young girl waitress recommend us to sit inside. We took her advise which we really appreciate, but when it came around 2pm, the sunlight became so strong and i felt burned of sitting on the seat, so i went outside to the balcony to take a breath. What should be clarified is that i was not prevented by anybody by going outside and i saw two Japanese girls went outside earlier. No one told us anything before i went ouside that such action is not allowed. As soon as i came back, a girl with short hair and apparently a waitress came around and start shouting "NO! NO!' To us, like i did something seriously wrong. She then locked the entrance and pushing us back to the seats making us feel awkward. When serving, She just left our dishes indifferently on the table without saying a word, which, obviously, is not the same way she treated outher Japanese customers. This restaurant deserves better customer service, considering the taste and environment. If this girl is the one who doesn't want to work on the day, then please check with her in advance next time and took her opinion instead of forcing someone to work During daytime. I went to the restaurant alone for lunch yesterday. I ordered vegetarian meal and a glass of tonic expresso. From the ordering to after the meal, there was great (the store environment is just so comfortable). When I prepared to go to the cashier(there was no payment slip my table) There was a staff member stopped me suddenly. She didn't say anything and just looked at me. Did she think I would leave without paying? Dine and dash? 😂? I couldn't react at the moment and she asked me to go back to my seat. (Waw)
I can clearly saw someone paying at the cashier. If you don’t want to cause confusion, shouldn’t you put the payment slip on the table?
During the payment process, I asked: Can I pay by apple pay? Staff: No sorry, a physical card. When I paid the cash, the person said nothing and I just took the recipe and left without saying a word of thanks.
The process was very embarrassing. I believe there can be a better way to deal with it. I feel like a thief. 😅 I believe this place handles so many tourists that the quality of service comes mainly about speed.
