Mom and pop store, i think it’s originally a shop that sells miso paste and soy sauce, like mostly condiments and cooking paste but started a gelato business with it too, using the miso paste and amazake, incorporating traditional Japanese condiments with ice cream flavors. The most delicious one is of course the Miso Caramel ice cream, it has some walnut (i think) in it too and it’s so tasty. You can go to the room next to the shop to eat in store.

I had the Miso Cheese Ice Cream for 400 Yen. The mouth feeling was excellent. The taste was not intensive but very pleasuring and very "round". Liked the experience a lot. Not Italian style but super good. I higly recommend this place! On the photo I provide here you can see one of their specialties. Good for your instagram post 😉
