I had dinner at Musubi Soba tonight and ordered the meal set with pork loin cutlet. The food was delicious and came with a variety of small side dishes. I especially enjoyed the rice balls and the soba noodles. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was modern. If I weren't just a tourist passing through Kanazawa, I'd love to eat here more often.
