I would stay away from this restaurant not to ruin the day. When the bowl was served, we realised that the salmon roe was quite old and squashed comepare to any other roe that we've seen.
The worst part was tuna sashimi. We were literally not able to bite the tuna sashimi pieces. Couldn't help but explained the staffs that the tuna is so hard so we cannot even bite, demonstrating biting the stone hard tuna (as there was language barrier). They were talking in Japanese and all staffs were laughing out loud by themselves. They eventually brought back our bowl and cut the tuna sashimi into smaller pieces. Ofcourse we were already turned off and didn't finish the finely-chopped worst quality tuna.

Overall the quality is not bad, but could be better. Maybe its because it is around dinner time. We spend about 15 dollar per person and were completely full. The next morning we wanted to some sushi for takeaway to eat in the Shinkansen. We found a large line of people waiting, but we were allowed to pass the line and set our order while waiting inside. The food was packed perfectly in cooling bag with ice packs and with chopsticks, soysauce, etc. The service is wonderful, and so is the price....
