Our last night in Kanazawa, and did we end on a high. Sorasio was a restaurant around the corner from our hotel, who made the reservation for us as we were unsure if they take walk ins. Let me say from start to finish it was exquisite. We had the chefs recommendations menu for 10000yen pp + drinks, it was such a great experience and will be undoubtedly a memorable one. The food was amazing quality, melt in your mouth food and the presentation was second to none. The menu was a degustation type menu that ranged from sashimi, sushi, grilled food, meat, soups, desserts and more. We were more than satisfied at the end of the courses. It was also so good to watch the chef prepare our food in front of us with the most incredible knife skills & fresh ingredients. We had so much fun with the chef and his staff who interacted with us and we had some great laughs. To our advantage that night they were not overly busy so it was like a personal special experience with the chef. Would highly recommend and would come again next time we are...

After 15/30 minutes using google translate and trying to figure out the dishes, we ordered and got laughed at since we didn’t order enough food. We asked them to explain how many dishes they would recommend and we order some more In the end, after 3 weeks in Japan this was the first place where our cards got refused. We asked them to try with another machine but apparently they only had one and it was not working. Not what I would expect in this kind of restaurant. 5 stars for the food, 1 star...

If you're eager to fully experience the depth of Kanazawa's flavours, this breakfast spot is an unmissable treat. Embark on a delightful...
