I bought a “Galleria” computer here, spent quite a good amount on it, since I started to use the computer, it started to fail, a Ryzen 7 7800x3d with 32 ram and RTX 5070, not being able to even run Google chrome smoothly, very disappointing, I took the computer to warranty, they said that both CPU and SSD were replaced with new ones, when I picked the computer, it had the exact same issues, nothing changed, I even recorded videos showing the persisting issue , took the computer to warranty again, and their response is that they were not able to reproduce the issue so I have to pick the computer in the same conditions, if you are considering to buy a computer, just avoid this, it is cheaper to just build the pieces and build it yourself. I don’t recommend this place and the Galleria computers at all, save yourself time, money and headaches. *attaching image of my computer just to prove I experienced the above.

電話ではとても親切だった為来店したのですが店頭での接客が最悪でした。 まず店内に入ってから挨拶無し。 こちらから声をかけるまでレジ前でも声をかけてくれませんでした。 ケース交換をお願いしたのですが、説明もなく待たされ、何で待たされているのかよくわからない時間がかなりありました。 新人の方で聞きに行くのは良いのですが、ややこしい内容であれば上司の方が巻き取るべきではないでしょうか。 また、上司であろうMさんは全く挨拶もなくぶっきらぼうでとても雰囲気が悪く、持ち込みの物を了承も得ず勝手にいじっており気分が悪かったです。 このような理由からキャンセルいたしました。 県内唯一のパソコン専門店であり、他の店舗はとても接客が良く期...
