It’s my first time here at RHC. I liked the atmosphere, the music was nice. You feel transported to another country by the smell, the music, the happy faces of the waiters. The restaurant is just next to La Coste. To get to the restaurant you have to walk past a clothes shop. They have a good selection of food for people that have allergies or food intolerance; like lactose and gluten. The good tastes good. We had chicken over rice and Mexican Cobb salad. The salad comes over a tortilla. It has cactus ( if you’ve never tried it; well this is the place for it), sunflower seeds, red beans, corn, chicken onion… if you wanna to eat it like a burrito you will have to eat the salad first then wrap it. For the dressing that comes with it; it’s avocado dressing ( don’t pour the whole thing coz it will make it salty). The is the only place in Kumamoto that has red velvet. It was so good( moist, dense) the frosting is butter and white chocolate. They have drinks with oat milk for people who are lactose intolerant. It’s an extra place to go to than Starbucks. Ron Herman Café in Kumamoto quickly became one of our favorite spots — we found ourselves coming back two or three times a week because everything about it is just so good.

ランチ利用です。 ２回目の熊本をしっかり朝まで楽しんで数時間寝てホテルをチェックアウト。宮崎に戻るバスが来るまで2時間ほど時間があったので、鹿児島に帰る先輩を足止めして若干の二日酔いを抱えつつランチをすることにしました。 バスが桜町から出るので桜町の中でお店を探します。にしても広すぎるので中々カフェも見つからん状態。 叙々苑やら寿司やら天丼やら赤牛丼やらとレストランが並んでる所はありましたが、如何せん二日酔いなので中々気が進みません。 フロアマップを見てると確かにカフェはあるのでフラフラしてるとそれっぽい看板を発見。 中に入ると洋服屋さんなのですが奥に進むと開放的なカフェがありました。洋服屋さんの系列のカフェのようですがカフェも中々広い。

平日でしたが昼時だったのでちらほらお客さんもいました。 ソファ席に案内してもらいゆったりと座れます。 メニューに目を通すと中々面白い。というかパッと見どんなのが来るのか分からない物が多いです笑 元々サンドウィッチ的なものが食べたかったのでBLTサンドとアイスコーヒーを注文。 1000円超えと高いかなと思いましたがそれなりのサイズが来ました。 真ん中で割れるので2つ分ですが結構なサイズ。 こういう齧りきれないサイズのサンドウィッチとかハンバーガーってどうやって食べるのが正解なんだろうといつも思います笑 包み紙を頂いてかぶりつきます。ソースの味がしっかり付いてるしベーコンが厚切りでとても美味しい。 体調的にキツイかなと思いましたが余裕で食べきってしまいました。 アボカドはぽろぽろと零してしまいましたが…。 連れのオーダーしていたオムラ...
