大盛は、麺・スープ・具材が1.5倍になります。 生卵が苦手な方は味玉1個に変更ができます。 良いとこ取りという贅沢玉子が大好きだった初代女将が考案。今では黒亭の一番人気＆定番メニューとなりました。 卵屋さんから届くこだわりの新鮮卵は、黄身の色ツヤが違います。卵黄2個、肩ロースチャーシュー、茹でたてもやしをトッピングした、黒亭ラーメンの良いとこ取りの贅沢なラーメンです。

We walked here from Kumamoto castle looking for something local. The ramen meets our expectation of authentic Kumamoto. Garlic taste was strong but not pungent. Soup was tasty but salty. What we like most was the noodle texture. Not too hard and not too soft. I also like my mince port rice. Simple but delicious. While we were dining, saw many tourists as well as local joining us. The lady who served us was extremely lovely. She was so observant on our need and replaced our water bottle when she noticed it looked a bit...

In the basement b1f of Sakuramachi BT. It is in a corner and bit hard to find.

We came to try the shop as it is said to be a traditional Kumamoto ramen shop with black garlic and pork based broth.

The ramen was good texture and thr taste was nice!

It was definitely on the salty side.

Would recommend to those that was a quick eat and try sth...

Amazing Kumamoto style ramen! The warm and comforting garlic broth with raw egg yolks was rich and delicious. I could use Apple Pay to purchase our food, just ask the staff to help you instead of using the vending machine. Great find in the bus terminal basement! Happy 60 years...
