Ice Land Akan Smelt Fishing — Local services in Kushiro

Visiting this frozen lake was a memorable experience for me, as it was my first time stepping onto one. There were various activities available, like smelt fishing, ice skating, banana boat etc. The price for the activity seemed reasonable. I chose to try the snowmobile ride, which was great. The snowmobile ride cost 2200 yen per person (no charge for child passenger) for a 4km ride, which I thought was a reasonable price for the experience. The overall experience was great....

2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣9️⃣0️⃣8️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ Went for an evening stroll after dinner. You wouldn't believe what happened. I could spook by a damn deer. It was wondering around the parked car and suddenly is kinda jump out and ran away. I screamed ... hahahaha ... don't judge ... you would too when all you see are shadows.

ワカサギ釣りとスノーモービルに参加。 ワカサギ釣りはホントに手ぶらで来て問題ないです。 朝から昼にかけてがよく釣れるそうなので、なるべく早く来た方が良いでしょう。 エサは紅サシですかね多分。ハリ見えてても普通に食って来ます。 一般的な使い方は両端に針を刺して切って使うそうですが、適当にちょん掛けしてても釣れましたね。

アタリはそこそこ出るんですがワカサギが軽すぎるのでちゃんと釣れてるか分かりにくいです。 アワセを入れた後ゆっくり竿を上げて、竿先が反応してたら巻き取りでそれなりの釣果になりました。 ワカサギは口が柔らかいのでゆっくり巻き上げるのを心掛けると良いかもです。 多分そんなに釣れてない人は時間が悪いか巻き上げ速度が早すぎてワカサギの口がちぎれてる可能性が。 リールが物凄く悪いやつなので早巻きすると異常な振動が出ます。 イワシのサビキ釣りに近い印象。

釣り上げた魚は湖畔の食堂にて無料で天ぷらにしてくれます。 淡白で大変美味でした😋

スノーモービルも同じチケット売り場でチケットを購入し、スノーモービル置き場の近くにヘルメット置いてるテントがあるので被り、スタッフの方の指示に従って走行開始です。 バイクと違い重心移動ではなくハンドル操作で曲げるので形は似ていますが乗り味は全然違います。 また路面の影響をかなり受けます。 氷上でも前の人の走行した跡等で多少の轍が出来ているので、飛ばしすぎは厳禁です。 コースアウトしたり目印の旗を轢いたりした跡がチラホラ……。 早く走っても遅く走っても同じ値段なので、安全にゆっくり楽...
