My friends invited me on a fun sake tour, and since I’d never done anything like that before, my expectations were pretty low. We met at a train station where Hero, our tour guide was already waiting for us. There were a few other people on the tour we didn’t know, so Hero quickly broke the ice by getting everyone to introduce themselves. Hero did an amazing job explaining the rich history of sake, and we got to taste a variety of different types. By the end, you’ll probably find a new favorite! Beyond just the sake, we visited several museums and sake shops, which gave us a great view of local residential architecture as we moved between locations. A tip—wear comfortable shoes because you’ll be doing quite a bit of walking!

I strongly recommend a Sake tour with Seigo! He is very nice, easy to talk to, and very informational. His English is excellent and he truly bonded with us as we were walking from brewery to brewery in this beautiful residential area. It was an amazing experience to be lead by a local instead of walking to the breweries ourselves, he was very knowledgeable and made the whole trip a lot of fun. He also took us to this amazing Tofu store with the cutest shop owner. After the tour, he helped us to make a reservation at a nice dinner so we could experience Kobe beef. Seigo, thanks for everything, you're awesome!

This is a must try for sake lovers! Our guide Mito was incredible! Mito was very knowledgeable about sake and Kobe, the tour covered everything from history, to tradition and brewing process, as well as plenty of sake tasting! We bought 6 (!) bottles of sake, as well as a sake barrel! Mito had excellent english, she gave us an amazing insight into japanese culture and history in general as well as sake. Mito also gave us a ton of helpful recommendations for where to eat and the such, and helped us buy the sake barrel! She made the tour 10/10 and I highly recommend taking this tour!

If you're looking for a deep dive into the heart of Japanese tradition, look no further than this sake tasting tour — an experience that beautifully blends culture, history, craftsmanship, and flavor. From start to finish, it was nothing short of spectacular.

The tour took us through some of the most authentic and historic sake breweries in the region, offering an insider’s view into the centuries-old art of sake brewing. The settings were picturesque, with charming wooden structures, the soft hum of fermentation tanks, and the subtle aroma of rice and koji hanging in the air. Each stop on the tour offered a unique variety of sake, showcasing the nuanced differences in taste, texture, and aroma — from crisp and dry to silky and full-bodied.

But what truly elevated the entire experience was our phenomenal tour leader, Hiroman. From the moment we met him, his energy was infectious. Hiroman wasn't just a guide — he was a storyteller, historian, and sake connoisseur all rolled into one. His passion for sake and Japanese culture shone through in every explanation, every anecdote, and every interaction. He patiently answered all our questions (no matter how silly!), taught us proper sake etiquette, and even guided us through tasting notes like a seasoned sommelier.

What made Hiroman stand out even more was his warmth and knowledge. He made us feel welcome and involved, no matter our level of familiarity with sake. His stories added depth to every sip — from tales of ancient brewing traditions to modern-day sake innovations.

We left not only with a greater appreciation for sake but also with cherished memories and new knowledge about the sake making process. Whether you're a sake enthusiast or a complete novice, this tour is an absolute must — and if you’re lucky enough to have Hiroman as your guide, you’re in for an...

Hiro was a wonderful tour guide, we enjoyed her so much! Kobe indeed jas interesting Sake history. Learning about sake and doing so many tastings was so fun and delicious!!! I love sake more than I even knew I did, LOL! Hito totally tuned into our interests, answering our questions. She also took extra time after the tour to give us guidance & direction for using the train station. We are so appreciative of her kindness, generous spirit, and professionalism as our tour guide.

Now for you guys as a tour company, we so appreciate the wonderful menu of tours, but I have a suggestion. For every tour we've been on through this app and others, it has been confusing to find the meeting point. I feel if you as management would consult with tour guides, they could give a very firm suggestion on the best place to meet with recognizable signs and location for people that don't speak the language of that country. For every tour we were on, somebody missed getting to the meeting point because of confusion. I also suggest cut & paste the meeting address into Google maps to make sure it is recognized. Thank you these...
