It’s no wonder the mall was called Sun Station considering Okayama prefecture is often called the land of sunshine! A mall for all with mostly local brands and delicacies, I guess that’s the beauty of Japan, each prefecture has their own local specialty and it’s very encouraging to see how locals and tourists enjoyed and marvelled at the food offered and the merchandise goods in great quality. I passed by this ramen stall and was attracted by the long queue and I assume it must meet certain customers’ expectations. True enough, I tried their salt based soup ramen and thought it’s good, simple ramen with a sprinkle of lemon skin that somehow enhance the overall flavour of their signature ramen. I did see customers order gyoza and can tell that it looks crispy to me.
