Hakata Ramen Nidaime Ikkousha — Restaurant in Okayama

To begin with, I will share the pics of this place once this review is approved as TA does not allow the first reviewer to upload photos. I am not sure why.

We were visiting the area and came by here for our lunch as it's closed to 1pm. As it was lunch time, many eateries around it were packed and this was no exception. We waited for a good 10mins to have our seats but were seated separately for some of us.

We ordered the pork ramen and dumplings, salad rice. Overall, the food were nice except that the soup (to me) was way flavourful but way too salty though I ordered the normal one (they also have ths spicy and salted one). Slices of pork were ok (but to my family members, they felt they were a little too hard). Dumplings were nice.

Overall, foods were ok at the price we were paying for (800~950yen).

I remember trying it when I visited Fukuoka back in 2018 and it was very nice and yummy! Maybe the taste here...

🇯🇵日本語=博多ラーメン二代目一幸亭さんすて岡山店内の1Fに有ります。 豚骨スープがベースと言うより、豚骨醤油スープです。 麺は細麺のストレート麺、一杯目はそのまま頂くのがベストです。 替え玉を追加で好みの味で楽しむのが良いですよ。 ですが、博多豚骨ラーメンを楽しみたいのなら、反対車線に有る『博多豚骨ラーメンにこいち』がもっとも美味しいですよ。 因みにウチは福岡出身ですから、少し味が違う気がします。 ★評価なら総合=4.5

🇺🇸English=Japan Okayama, Store name = "Hakata Ramen Ichikousha the second" It is on the first floor of the Sunste Okayama store. It is pork bone soy sauce soup rather than pork bone soup base. The noodles are thin straight noodles, and it is best to eat the first bowl as it is. It is good to enjoy your favorite taste by adding kaedama. But if you want to enjoy Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, "Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Nikoichi" on the opposite lane is the most delicious.

I'm not very knowledgeable about ramens but I know that this shop has good food and good service. I especially liked their gyoza, it's so good to pair with rice. Kudos to the male staff, very attentive and provided us with excellent...
