Kobikiya — Local services in Shirakawa

Bad experience shopping at this shop. The white hair guy cashier is so rude. He gave me a change with slightly teared apart 5000 yen note. Then, when I told him about that, he pushed me away and said no problem. I insist to change but he didn’t want and keep shouting me away. If no problem, why he doesn’t wanna change a good note with me. Now, I’m gonna bear the risk of no one accepting this note or gonna bring a teared note to others, which is not a good feeling. I feel so scammed about this shop! How can a person be so irresponsible! The price is same with other souvenir shop nearby. So, I don’t think should risk yourself into buying from this shop.
