We found this donki store getting out the train on our way to get some glasses for back to school at jins. We ate near by the then googled the nearest donquixote store and this was it. We came for some prescription contact lenses ( take your own prescription) take your passport for tax free. they had a variety of products a bunch of TikTok famous products at the most affordable price, the place looks small but has over 6 floors. As always close to the train station. So you can shop and go . I went on a Monday night so it wouldn’t be so crowded and it wasn’t . They also put your items in a duty free bag and seal it up. I wasn’t aware I couldn’t open the bag so I did to take some items out that I wanted to eat but you can have them not bag what you want to consume just let them know so they keep them out for you. I spent every single yen I had at this store I paid with yen and the rest with my US bank card same transaction .

We visited this area in February after a rain and the neighborhood was very clean and tidy. If you are neurodivergent this place will be challenging. Please don't misunderstand, this is a great place to pick up shopping, my only challenge is the amount of sensory input. As soon as you walk in there are lights and noise that doesn't stop for 6 floors. That being said, if you wear noise canceling headphones and sunglasses you should be fine. There is a lot of shopping to be had at this store.

We visited this area in February after a rain and the neighborhood was very clean and tidy. If you are neurodivergent this place will be challenging. Please don't misunderstand, this is a great place to pick up shopping, my only challenge is the amount of sensory input. As soon as you walk in there are lights and noise that doesn't stop for 6 floors. That being said, if you wear noise canceling headphones and sunglasses you should be fine. There is a lot of shopping to be had at this store.

The service of the staff in the branded goods section was very disappointing. He's not friendly at all, and seemed to have no respect for the customers. He firstly ignored my request to show the branded goods that my relatives' wanted to buy. The duty-free cashier was dissapointing too. She gave my uncle the receipt but left his credit card in front of her cash register. Then when I asked her about the credit card (my uncle couldn't speak Japanese), she just returned the card without saying anything, not even said sorry for her forgetness. If only my relatives had more time for shopping in Tokyo, I would not allowed them to spend their money...
