This quaint little spot had delicious Chinese ramen; we tried the char siu and the green onion ramen with no regrets. The space is very small and seats 15 people max so prepare to hear a lot of 'sumimasen' and TONS of slurping. Get used to it ladies, it's going to happen. The folks there didn't speak any English but appreciated when we tried our hand at Japanese, which was very limited. The two waitresses did a nose-goes to see who would be serving us, but did so in a good natured way. I'm sure it's frustrating serving people who can't understand a lick of Japanese, so I recommend knowing the basics. Two bowls cost $14 in total and we would happily eat here again. We will prepare some key phrases before we go back out of respect for this kind and delicious establishment.
