I highly recommend this barber shop to foreigners. I flew in from Boston USA and I sent a message via google chat and they quickly replied to me asking what I wanted done. I asked so many questions and all were answered from how long it’d take, approximate cost and how to find the shop/which train exit to take since it was my first time coming to Japan. Despite it being a same day last minute request they were able to schedule an appointment for me. Nozomi took good care of me spending 3 hours to wash my hair, cut to bleach to coloring my hair. I love that even though I am not able to carry out a conversation in Japanese that she still made an effort to speak to me with English. We used google translate and photos to get me the cut I wanted. I want to give special thanks to Nozomi who took care of me and Emoto who answered all my questions on google chat! When I come back to Tokyo and I need a haircut I’ll come back, it’s a cool spot. どうもありがとうございます lol I attached a happy photo

My barber was able to speak fluent English and my Haircut was great, They were also hygienic(E.g when they drop the comb my cutting my hair, they immediately wash and dry it and replace it with another comb before cutting my hair), The also ended the haircut with a simple styling of the hair with hair wax 👍🏻in either Matte or Shiny finishing Only negative part was that I wasn’t offered any beer or soft drinks even though the fridge was full of it. Not what it was advertised

As I waited, I saw other men leave with fresh, clean haircuts so they all do an excellent job. My fiancé booked in advance via reservation. If you’re looking for a fresh cute or beard trim, give these guys a shot!

I am currently staying in Tokyo for holiday. Usually, I go to the barber before I go on vacation, but my schedule was quite messy and did not have enough time in the end to go. So yeah, I was in desperate need of a hair cut - and also decided to dye my hair in the process.

After some searching online, I found Frank's BBC and decided to give this shop a try due to the good reviews and staff being able to help in English to a certain extent.

My stylist was Ryosuke. He's absolute amazing. Very friendly guy and skilled in his work. He gave me a good cut and managed to dye my hair in the color I wanted, which is ash gray. I had to spent quite some time at the salon due to the whole process of bleaching, but it was pleasant to sit there. There is free Wi-Fi, music, and they even brought me some snacks. And let's not forget the BEER... beer. was. good.

Overall, I am pleased with this place and glad that I made the decision to visit. Will definitely stop by again if needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Best Haircut I’ve Ever Had

I got a haircut, beard lineup with a straight razor shave, and an eyebrow cleanup at Frank’s Barbershop and Beer Club, and I can confidently say—it was the best grooming experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I have short, coarse, and wavy hair that’s notoriously tough to cut, especially in Japan, but Tomy absolutely nailed it.

My haircut is clean, sharp, and finally sits the way I’ve always wanted it to. The beard lineup was on point—precise and smooth—and the straight razor shave was incredibly well done. Even the eyebrow cleanup was handled perfectly: natural and neat, without being overdone.

Tomy is clearly a highly skilled barber and also a great guy to talk to. The shop’s vibe is professional but laid-back, and the 80’s music playlist gave it a fun, nostalgic feel.
