After weeks of searching, I was able to find this salon. It passed my vibe check online because it looked clean and that the nail tech also sterilized her equipment compared to the bigger salons i notice the girlies go to in tokyo. In real life, Kawaii was very easy to get to via public transit and i appreciated that it was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. I wish i had more time to explore the neighborhood that’s how much i loved it.
