It's good if you know what you want or want to have a look and feel of the equipment. However, the place is cluttered with plastic containers, which was blocking off all of the stabiliser displays and some of the risers. The staff generally just glare at you like you are not welcomed when entering which made the whole experience unfriendly.
The staff look like they generally can't be bothered to help. The first lady staff that I approached I asked for a spare part and she tried looking for 5 mins and then sat in front of the computer for 15 mins, I thought she was looking up the stock levels or something. So I was just walking around the store then went back to stand at the laptop.
After another 10 mins of standing behind the laptop waiting, another lady staff asked if I needed help, when I asked the same question to her she immediate went to check with a senior male staff while the other girl was still on the laptop, not sure if she was even helping me at this point.
Then the lady came back and immediately told me that part was online order only. So I wasted about 20 mins waiting around.
I would suggest only experienced people visit if you know what you want to buy or just to view equipment. Interaction with the staff really soured...
