Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya West — Hotel in Tokyo

One of my favorite hotel I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. I went during thanksgiving week, which doesn't help with the cost. But even compared to other hotel, this one is reasonably priced. The hotel is reasonably clean, I got nothing to complain about here. Even though we didn't request for cleaning for the day, the cleaning lady still left fresh towel and mat in front of the door, which is really great because now I don't have to ask for one. Location wise, this hotel is one stop away from Shibuya station, which is great for our trip since we mainly wants to go to Shibuya, so it's really convenient. 7-11 is about 2 building away, family mart maybe 6 building away, and mcdonald 3 building away. This is pretty much our staple breakfast everyday, trying different stuff. Train station is also 2-3 minutes walk away. The hotel also come with free soda / coffee/latte / ice cream machine on the lobby which is really convenient. All of the staff member are very friendly and accommodating too. Most of them speak good English, that I'm able to converse with them without any problem. And last but not least, one of my favorite thing is the bed and pillow. I forgot that I wanted to ask them what is the brand of that beddings because I want to get one for my home. Comes with great amenities, including free drink, coffee, and ice creams (at certain hours), and freebies (brush, toothbrush and toothpaste set, shaver, facial cleansers and oils, body sponge, shower cap, etc), and has a laundromat, but the rooms are TINY! Very very tiny. Barely enough for 1 person. Two ppl is difficult. Don't even consider this hotel if you're more than 3, altho Im sure the rooms are bigger than what we had, Im sure it will still be small. Location wasn't bad. Fairly close to the subway station and Shibuya station is only 1 stop away and for that kind of location, the pricing is one of the best (I've looked at lots of options for quite awhile), but if location is more important than the cost, other hotels close to the shibuya station may be a better option. This is a gem of a hotel walking distance to Shibuya.

Rooms were thoroughly and meticulously cleaned daily by Japanese staff. Other hotels with non-Japanese staff lack the attention to detail and Japanese work ethic, which reflects in dirtier rooms, rooms not getting cleaned daily, and an overall inferior level of customer service.

Excellent location, with a great supermarket and restaurants steps away from the entrance. The complimentary fountain drinks, coffee and ice cream in the lobby is a nice perk.

The only thing that could improve is if the beds were slightly higher to allow for luggage storage under the bed. Overall very pleased with this 7 night stay for the location and value for the price relative to other...
