Staying at this ryokan was not a pleasant experience for us. The biggest issue was that there are no toilets, much less bathrooms, in the suites (this fact is not advertised anywhere), and the bathrooms in the hallways were drafty and poorly kept. 80% of the communal showers in the onsen were not in service, although the onsen itself was OK.
