I enjoyed a matcha set (a cup of ice tea and two sweets) and a matcha flavored ice cream. The place is self serviced, so you need to wait for your order near the register and take them with you whether to the first or the second floor, the second floor is recommended for the views.
The owner is very energetic and friendly, he would use a translator to speak with you if you can’t speak Japanese and want to talk with him.
I visited here at the end (or just past the end) of the Sakura season, if you come here on Sakura season or 紅葉 season the experience might be great!
