The food was very delicious and the chef was very kind. We did not have a prior reservation but luckily got a seat when we went there since it was still early and it was still empty. ランチで予約して行きました。 駐車場は、間違えて花屋敷旅館の方に停めてしまいましたが たまたまスタッフさんが出てこられてステーキ割烹前の駐車場を 丁寧に教えて頂きました。 フィレ200gのコースで、今回は山形牛でミディアムレアを食べました。 お肉の厚みが有り柔らかく、とても 美味しかったです！ 年代も50代なんで、サーロインより 脂身が少なくサッパリ食べれて 大満足です＼(^o^)／

鉄板の目の前で、野菜⇒フィレ肉を 焼いて下さるスタッフさんが とても腰が低く丁寧に接客 して頂いて感じの良い方でした!

ステーキ割烹 花やしきは、お茶室を改築した数奇屋造りの落ち着いたステーキレストランで宇治にある花やしき浮舟園本館の正面にあります。愛想に良い男性シェフと一人の女性スタッフにお世話になりました。メインのフィレ肉はやわらかくてあっさりしていました。山葵、塩とポン酢とアーモンドとニンニクのソースと3種ありましたが、アーモンドとニンニクのソースがあっていました。スープはカボチャスープ。焼野菜は赤蒟蒻とズッキーニと南瓜でした。デザートは抹茶アイスクリームとコーヒーでした。 ロケーション、味、雰囲気、サービスはすべて普通に思えましたが、宇治でステーキが食べられたのが良かったです。
