I come here regularly. Usually, there is nowhere to sit and you must wait for a table to become available. If there is a long line when you arrive, I suggest you leave, go for a walk, and come back.
Today I bought a new mug and a grande iced drink. I always ask for light ice and extra milk. Sometimes they listen and sometimes they don't (even if the label says the correct order). However, I've noticed that all of the same order sizes are not equal.
A hot grande beverage will fill a cup while an iced version of the same drink type will not. They fill their drinks with ice and fill it about 80 percent. You get far less liquid in any given iced beverage than in it's hot form. As you can see in my picture, today was one of the partially full days.
