Shimachu Home's is the go-to place for household goods in the Yokosuka area.
The furniture selection is decent and their delivery wait times are good. I ordered a sectional sofa and TV stand in mid-December and only had to wait about one week for delivery, which isn't bad considering how close Christmas is. They also do weekend delivery for an additional price.
They have furniture quality ranging from low to high. You can find a relatively decent couch for the equivalent of $300 USD and good quality for the equivalent of $1,000 and up.
They offer a wide range of household goods such as slippers, trash cans, cleaning materials, pots and pans, light fixtures, rice cookers, appliances, etc. Just about everything you can think of. They also have just about any tools and standard household repair items you would want.
The English speaking ability of the salespeople is okay, but sometimes broken. Most need to use the Google Translate app at some point to say what they need to say, but it works out fine.

Additionally, kitchen wares, furniture, clothing, and some pre-packaged food and drinks as well. Within the store there is a McDonald's and a coffee...

Prices can be a bit on the higher end and deliver took a couple weeks but you're paying for size and quality. The couch I bought here is comfortable and not so small like I've seen in other furniture stores. Also customer service was very helpful despite the...
