The staff does not really care to help you, they are going to get their salary regardless if you buy something from the store. Also if you are a foreigner, then just don't bother. I tried getting help from two employees in order to buy a very specific Japanese lightbulb. The first one straight on ignored me as I stood next to her asking for help. She pretended to be looking at a shelf of lightbulbs with remarkable interest, to the point of not being able to hear my voice when I stood right next to her and was showing her my phone with the picture of what I was looking for.

The second employee, took me to a place where they had what I wanted, asked me if this was what I was looking for and then said "Yeah we do not have that" even though he had not even looked at the lightbulb specifications I was showing him in the photo 😂😅

Just the average service and treatment you get here I guess. It is not like I was expecting anything better. Next time I will...
