This place has a lot of potential but seems unfinished in many ways. For example, we had a vegan friend and the lack of options for a vegan/vegetarian was quite surprising. Also the vegetarian food that was served was very underwhelming. While the steak was excellent, I was not very happy with anything else that was served. Service was good. We had no particular issue with this. The atmosphere was very confusing. It was supposed to be a lounge but the music was too loud for conversation. I went there to enjoy my cigar with some friends but we could not hear each other for most of the evening. Also, the single malt options are limited to highland whiskeys missing out a lot of Islay malts that go beautifully with a cigar. With the place being open for just a couple of months, it's not crowded as most restaurants are.

The food is a niche (cuban) cuisine that's properly done and I particularly liked that they hadn't finalised on the restaurant's menu selection and they were using customer feedback to determine favourites.

The service was top-notch with careful precision on directive given.

I loved that they have cigar rooms for smokers, however, the smoke would sometime seep out to the restaurant area.

The balcony area can get really breezy especially cause the restaurant is located high up on the building. They should consider getting shawls for their customers that might not be warm or install space heaters.

The location is great however customer service is a 0! I called and reserved a table for a party of 5, once I arrived at the door of the bar, I was told that in order to enter I should pay an entrance fee of 2500 KSH to access my reservation ! That is unheard of !

Why can't you explain this to your clients before they book and before they arrive at the door ?? When I called again to complain, I was told that I should have known about it before booking 😂

I gave this Bar 3 tries and out of those I was turned back at the entrance twice because of lack of organization and proper policy.
