Delivery: Starting with this since this is the weirdest experience I have observed that seems to have a pattern. Might be a long section. For You doesn’t offer delivery, so if you call the restaurant, whoever picks up will prepare your order and find a rider to deliver it to you. In this case, the first time I ordered food, they forgot to include something .. I think it was one veg rice. Since most of the food has arrived, I didn’t follow up on the extra 400/500 refund. Next time I ordered, same thing happened with noodles. But this time I’d opted to pick it up myself. When they heard I’d be doing that instead, they quickly asked me to wait as they added an item “they had forgotten”. Anyway, now you know.
Food: Tends to be 50/50, sometimes it’s great and sometimes you wonder why you didn’t just eat the food you had in your fridge.
What I like - Lemon chicken, egg fried rice, noodles, the bean seedlings and the beef cashew have been the most consistently good meals most times I have been there. What I DO NOT like - Dumplings are a no-go! I love dumplings but those are the weirdest dumplings I have ever had. Ratio of flour to meat is about 6:1; The meals also have an insane amount of vegetables. You’d order, let’s say sweet & sour pork and find you have 40-50% pork and everything else is just carrots and capsicum etc
Ambience inside the restaurant: Always packed with a birthday every hour. Think Kilimanjaro (the restaurant) but a little fancier and cleaner.
Parking: Almost always full but apparently they have more parking...

I am beyond impressed by the level of dedication and service I experienced at this restaurant. It’s a first on all categories for me!
I felt very special from the moment I sat down. First, a server brought an appetiser on the house about five minutes from when I sat! I was shocked as this was completely unprompted!
Along with the appetiser came a hot towel to clean my hands and a selection of spice sauces for seasoning.
Then, a different server came, and I placed my order. The server later returned to confirm my takeout choice. They noticed I’d ordered fried tofu as a side and wanted to ensure I was okay with how it might pair with the rice, as it could be a bit dry.
The attentiveness did not stop there. After delivering the meal, the server checked back to make sure everything was going well.
And just when I thought I’d seen it all, they asked if I wanted ice cream. On the house! Double what?!
To top it off, after clearing the table, they brought another hot towel for my hands.
And this did not stop there. I got a gift of handmade purse, sweets, and a thing that I’m not quite sure what it is yet, after making payment!!!
Thank you so much for the impeccable service, Pertersen! This was the most delightful welcome gift to meet...
