The swimming pool itself was great. BUT We made reservation and when arrived they claimed the reservation started an hour ago. We were very sure we were at the correct time because we changed our reservation time and they told us by phone they will change the reservation which never happened and therefor according the receptionist we were late. Instead of pointing fingers who to blame we asked if there is option to go in any other time today. Was not going to happen. So we drove 50km for nothing and with two disappointed kids we were basically left without any solution. It was simply, 'we can not do anything, bye'. We went outside, and found another dad waiting with his two girls with the same problem. Also their reservation was not correctly registered. So it seems to happen more often. Already in one day. In my opinion, mistakes can happen as long we look together for a solution. And if it would be any decent person/company there should be a solution given or at least tried to be found, before we had to drive back with two crying kids. I went in again to ask again for a better solution because this is just simply not how you treat people. As they still couldn't do anything, I asked to call the manager. Instead of them calling their supervisor, the recepyionistboffered to give his phone number to me(little inappropriate if you ask me). As I didn't get anywhere near a solution with the inadequate lady, I agreed. While she got paper and pen a colleague started to interfere, as she most likely also understood how inappropriate it is to give manager number to a client instead of calling himself and see for a possible solution. She took a look into reservations and 10 min later after some whispering i couldn't understand anyway, the issue seemed to be solved and we could go swim. Even though we eventually had a great time swimming with our kids, the receptionist definitely should get some courses in customer services. And this is the company to blame for. To find...
Read moreHow can you charge €17 for 2 hours entry to a swimming pool like this? The swimming pool is more or less designed for families with small children. However, that justifies the price even less. We came after a day of hiking mainly because of the whirlpool - but it was broken, which we only noticed when we were already inside. The sauna is okay, but also restless due to the many children. The swimming pool is also equipped with a large window fronting the street so that every passer-by can look in. How do you come up with such an idea? Overall, a disappointing visit that was definitely not worth...

The waterpark part is small, but it's perfect for some fun with kids all ages. My 3 yo loved the splash area and small slides. The lockers are clean amd very practical (family lockers, lots of facilities fir baby/toddlers/families). Caffee at the entrance, good for snaks and drinks. We booked our slots...
