After a long day exploring Sigulda, we stopped over for a coffee break and this place is similar to Lido where food and drinks are individually price tagged. We went to their patisserie and ordered Napoleon and Biezpienmaize? (cottage cheesecake). The price is higher as they are artisanal pastries.
The Napoleon was quite tough to eat. The pastry had hardened up and we had to break off each layer to eat it. We preferred the cottage cheesecake for texture but both pastries were a bit too sweet for our liking.
