Has a kiosk to buy bus tickets very easily and quickly in multiple languages. Went to the front desk to inquire about a bus to the Hill of Crosses and had no wait, was very graciously helped. Unfortunately the bus never came but we were able to get a bolt each way for €10. Very good luggage storage for €1, closes at 17:00. When you go to the counter they tell you to go to the bus driver. You go to the bus driver and the bus driver won't talk to you because you don't have a ticket. Then you go back to the counter and same thing. The staff are not helpful. The space inside is too small for the amount of travelers coming through.
