If your expectation is more towards a good customer service, to meet few good ones..that's consider "lucky you". So today is not a good one for me. The senior staff came at the same time, even she was hesitate to give me an answer. Read moreHi, a few days ago everyone is using the MyKasih Sara to buy stuff and important stuff like cooking oil, chicken stocks, Dettol soap, soy sauce and so ever. HOWEVER, there's this one worker and it was a she, literally treated this customer which is right next to me, just because she didn't show her IC CARD NUMBER FIRST BUT LITERALLY ALREADY BEING SHOWN ON HER FINGER (there is some sections that you need to go if you wanna pay for your MyKasih things or stuff, so that place is supposedly for MYKASIH ONLY) AND literally that cashier (the worker) say rudely to her "NEXT TIME, GIVE THE IC CARD NUMBER FIRST" like- dang. Another issue I observe is their premise space. All 3 outlets in Miri seems too crowded and overpacked with merchandise. The aile is just enough for 1 cart to go trough.
