Hotel Room: Comfy. It has a bath tub! You can’t get a bath tub hotel room with this price in KL! Loves!

TV Channels: SUCKS. There’s only one English Channel which is not even a Movie Channel. It’s AXN?? Like how many interesting program is from that channel?? No Kids Channel to cater for kids. It’s horrible if you’re stuck in this hotel for a week!

In-room Fridge: Doesn’t have Freezer 🤦🏻‍♀️I had to ask Housekeeping to help keep my baby’s ice packs till I check out. Thankfully they agreed to help.

Poolside: Entrance to the Pool is a horrible tiny spring door that’s so hard to open and dangerous if closes on u or while ur trying to pass through ESPECIALLY when ur with a baby in a stroller. Then the walk up to the pool is NOT OKU or Stroller friendly. Like Whyyyy????? The most horrible experience of it all at about the pool, the guy who mans the poolside when people are swimming. Horrible attitude horrible face and mood and SUPER NOT HELPFUL!! I was with my baby on a stroller trying to get through that horrible door and he just went ahead of me and didn’t even offer to help hold the door for me. Horrible horrible person to appoint to man the pool area or anywhere in the Hotel. He needs to learn hospitality like really learn how to work in a hospitality industry. I hope management of this hotel will take action on this. I planned to stay here with my baby for two days hoping I could spend time bringing my baby for a swim. But after that first day of horrible experience, I dread going to the pool!

I stay here many times (not less than 30 time) throughout the years i travel to Miri, it’s always being clean and room is spacious.

But this time the service reception messed up my card and for stay for 1 day instead of 3 days. After going to the reception also not a single apology or anything, just hand the card after i talk to them.

To matters worse, the second day the housekeeping to took the extra card from our room without our consent or permission, which we need.

After calling also didn’t return the extra card. Room is ok and nice but service is just seriously let down. I know they are rich but their customer service may have just chased away more and more loyal guest in they keep this up.

2 days in a row they throw stuff from my table when they do the housekeeping.

First time they threw or took my pills box with pills still inside, all of them denied it, they say they search it but didnt find it and it was end of story. No apology or nothing.

Then the next day they came to do housekeeping, they threw away my plastics in intend to keep to bring my food and other stuff. If I want to throw away i would threw in the dustbin instead of putting it behind the TV, why they need to throw it away, now its very inconvenient for me to pack.

Seriously housekeeping have serious issue with theft or throwing...

Since we can't go out of the country, so better to have a vacation inside the country instead. So i decided to went to miri to spend my holidays and spent the nights here. Got a double bed room for a good price (no view). I must say the room is huge. The air-conditioning is chilly even though you lower the fan speed and increase the temperature. The TV channel is limited, but it's better than none. There's bath tub in the toilet but the water faucet inside that allows you to change between shower and water tap is loosen. It's quite difficult to change the water course. For swimming pool & gym, you have to call them in advance, since the number of persons that are allowed to be there at one time is limited and you are required to bring your own towel. Nearby the hotel there is a supermarket (servay) and there are a few entertainment outlets as well (but the bad news is starting Oct 28th 2020, all entertainment outlets are closed until further notice due to rising cases of covid-19 in Sarawak). At the servay supermarket, there is a Japan Boat Takoyaki stall (for those who loves takoyaki). Sure there are somewhat things that are lacking, nevertheless, it's a good hotel to spend the nights and I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return...
