Well, there is a platform for anyone want to performing the way of their life, a pond some sort (have fish? No idea, didn't check it out properly and a small hut? pagoda? can't remember what was the scientific name of that small hut hut thingy) and a slab of river stone (properly place and arrange) torturing area for anyone who want to feel the pain or purpose or what's so ever. Read moreThis park has been very well upgraded recently. If you are in Miri you must visit this park. This park is safe and suitable for everyone especially families. It has great jogging tracks. Along the circular jogging tracks are emergency stations. How wonderful! There's a public toilet. More swings and slides have been added for the children. There's a place where you can practise group tai chi, dance, aerobics, etc. There's plenty of greenery. There's a lake with many fish. There are basic body building and stretching equipment. Read moreI've enjoyed my daily walks around this park. There's lots of different routes you can take to make it interesting, even in the heat of the midday sun there's plenty of shaded space. The gardeners are working around every day so can be a bit noisy with the leaf blowers going, plenty of regular people exercising every day so you get to say hi as you walk around. The park keepers are based centrally and do regular rounds. It is safe and even at night although several young groups of motorcyclists are hanging around you don't feel at all intimidated.
