Came here last night for a simple dinner as the Mr was craving for stir fry cauliflower. However he was complaining and disappointed as kept saying they don’t use the China Cauliflower like other Sichuan restaurants around Klang Valley which we have patronised. So I assume the owner is local Malaysia. He even mentioned at Chuan Yue De uses Siam rice and not Fragrant rice which he was again feeling disappointed ☹️
However for me the dishes are not authentic fragrant and spicy with Sichuan herbs but rather unique in its on way like the Sour Lemon Fish in Soup. However the portion of the fish used was way too little for the priced paid @ RM 68.00
Taste wise of the dishes was nice but not spicy enough for me. However they have a few of their Chef recommended dishes which worth ordering. More fusion China food than Sichuan food.
We had:-
Gold Soup Lemon Fish @ RM 68.00 Fried Instant Noodles @ RM 18.00 Boiled Dumpling @ RM 18.00 Cauliflower in Dry pot @ RM 32.00 Rice @ RM 3.00 per bowl Honey...

Read moreA pretty good Chinese Szechuan -Xiang cuisine. Great ambience. Comfortable seating with friendly service from waiters and waitresses. Food is above average and quite delicious. Fried rice is slightly wet but flavourful, prefer more wok hei in the fried rice. The pork belly in the potato dish is off due to its uneven cut and slightly bland taste which has both a thicker and thinner texture. However the twice cooked pork with chillies and black beans is good. Sweet and sour pork is tender and cooked well. Steamed rice is a little special as it has some corn inside which gives it a bit of a crunchy and sweet bite with the...
