When my friend told me about this pet cafe, I was very excited to go. Today i drove all the way there with my dog to experience this pet cafe. I left feeling terrible and upset, do read on to find out why.

This pet cafe has many in-house dogs owned by the cafe owner and at first look they are very cute, fluffy and gorgeous but towards the end of my stay there I have realised something was not quite alright about them - they are all extremely skinny and hungry!

I picked up and petted a few of the dogs there like the toy poodle, shih tzu, pomeranian and others, they are all very very skinny, like skin and bones! I could feel their ribs, spine, and sharp hip bones, this could only mean one thing - they have not been fed enough! on the outside you cannot tell their skinniness and malnutrition because these breeds have a lot of fur and very fluffy. At first I thought it was may be only one or two, but I touch many of them they are all skin and bones!

And when my food and my dog's food came they all came and surround themselves at my table begging for food! I fed some of my dog's food to few of the dogs, they were extremely eager they almost bit my fingers! I began to realised after a while - they are super hungry!

I have been to other pet cafe with in-house dogs who are well fed (you know they are well fed because you cannot feel their ribs, spine and hip bones so prominently), none of them came to your table just because you have food.

I am not sure if this is the tactic so customers will have dogs surrounding them, but my heart broke thinking about how hungry these dogs are day after day, especially in a cafe filled with aroma of food!

To the owner of this cafe, I am not sure if you are aware of your dog's situation, but you are not feeding them enough! I appeal to you to please give them more food!

So if you are a customer going to this cafe, please join me to plead with the owner to feed his/her dog enough and well. It is not cute when the dog begs for food because it is so hungry!

I hope when I come again to this pet cafe, I will meet the same dogs again but they will no longer be hungry nor will they need to beg for...

went back after their relocation. went on a saturday and the dogs are everywhere and constantly coming in. ive been to alot of dog cafes, and this place has the most dogs so far. very veryyy overwhelming. suggest to come during lunch time, because thats when the dogs are most hyper, they bump each other hard alot haha. and when i sit down, randomly my leg got saliva haha. the nasi lemak is unexpectedly good and spicy. altho the price is hiked up compared to street nasi lemak, but its still better than street nasi lemak. theres a lot of odd food mixed all together in one place, for ex, kungfu chao. the food takes a while to come, and the chicken chop portion was questionable for the price, but its ok. my first time petting a pig (i was too scared ill break my back carrying it so i didnt, maybe nxt time) and the smallest most fragile baby dog (super light) hes so soft and always begs to be carried even after i put him down. honestly cleanliness or taste of food is not a big problem for me, because i was entirely distracted by the dogs the whole time. and the staffs are so casually unfiltered talking like at home. its so fun i want to...

10/10 service and 10/10 experience for my elderly dog! Despite being a dog herself, she doesn’t like dogs but she seems to be okay with the in-house pets! They were all really friendly, well-mannered and treated her very softly

10/10 service and 10/10 experience for my elderly dog! Despite being a dog herself, she doesn’t like dogs but she seems to be okay with the in-house pets! They were all really friendly, well-mannered and treated her very softly <3 There were at least 5 or 6 in-house dogs and 1 cat, so if you’re someone who wants pets but can’t, you can come here to enjoy your time with them. The decorations are also really nice to take pictures of you and your pets. There were quite a good selection of Malaysian food as well as drinks to choose from; freshly made pet food is also available. The Yangzhou fried rice was pretty good, had a tinge of wok hei/smokiness; the Asam Laksa can be a little more salty and sour then it’d be perfect! The pet food was served steaming hot and a pair of scissors were served together with the dish for owners to cut up the food, which is a really nice touch. I really like that there was a caged area and the staff didn’t mind my dog using the toilet. The caged area allowed my dog some sense of safety and comfort to dine without having distractions. Make sure to clean up after your own pets!

We patroned on a weekend and its normal if its packed. We have to wait as you can tell most came here to have a go at the abundance of furkids. Dogs. Cats. Snake. Crabs. Iguana. Turtle. Non like what ive seen. Your furkid along the one who bring theirs and ours surely will have an enjoyable time. I know ours did. We even decide to adopt 1. As they took in the ones from breeding. So if youre looking for one. Whose age is down the line. They have dogs for simple adoption. Come and survey. This is one plentiful menu ive seen for a pet cafe and it actually tastes good. And the wait is normal. Pricing is what this type of cafe commands. As you cant take eyes off the furkids food will arrive. They layout may seem packed but the shop is actually big. Behind you can hear musics rolling. Along with barks. If you dont bring snacks. Support them by buying here. Have them wear pampers! Its not hot here either. And they have filter! Im sure other people have more photos

Update 6/4/2022 I have to take one star out Visited on a Friday and customers at another table had 1 big husky with a young husky pup who’s not leashed and BARKED the whole time. Wish the workers would have said something because everyone inside weren’t comfortable so we ended up leaving. What a shame Original review : Very clean place surprisingly for the amount of dogs they have there. The house crew already consists of like 8 dogs. Mostly poms, poodles and a frenchy. They were all very well behaved. Stuff was very nice and if there were a mistake the dogs did, mess is cleaned up immediately. Very good on that since it is a place where you eat as well Food wise was ok. Nothing special. Price was ok too. No service charge or tax on top of what you see. I like that. We had a Vietnamese coffee and cheesecake for desert. Excellent. Parking was very easy ( Saturday ) Will definitely visit again
