I ordered to take away. Usually you choose your salad while he’s preparing the box to take out. This time they asked me what I wanted, the server wrote it down and told me he will prepare it.
When the take away was ready they gave me the bag and I asked if they need to check it to make sure everything was there. They said there is no need to check.
My mistake was that I trusted the staff and I didn’t check.
When I arrived and open the bag I find: No cutlery, No napkins, No sauce that I ordered And the salad was not like I ordered.
If it was just one thing, I can understand it’s just a little oversight but this is just not caring about the order of the customer.
Also when I asked if they needed to check they seemed very confident and I thought that “of course they do this all day long” I can trust them.
Please check your take out bag when you order because apparently the staff can’t be trusted to do a good job themselves.
I also agree with other reviews, this used to be a good place but now portions have shrunk and the staff doesn’t really...
Read moreAt first this place was one of the best turkish food outlets, but now things has changed and have changed to the worst, food portions has shrinked drastically and the prices has rocketed. A regular wrap usually costs €6.50 has know gone up to €8.50. And you'll probably end up passing another outlet to eat something after. The service is swift but you ll never see smiles nobody smiles let alone greet you or welcomes you the staff all look angry and forced, this outlet is part of a supermarket complex so the atmosphere is nothing to be exited about, so then i cant understand the price spike against the shrinking portions. This is the second time i experienced small portions so i tried them again and politely asked to fill the wraps more and they smirked a smile. No worries buddies we ll go to other establishments that respect there returning customers. You can smirk all you like. The wrap is thinner than the 330cl kinnie, by the way 330ml kinnie is a whopping €2.50. I dont think the owner needs to contact me as this seems normal procedure for...
Read moreWarning - Becareful people. I was served undercooked chicken. Still bleeding. Rather than apologising, i was just told i would receive a NEW plate of chicken wings. I then saw with my eyes, the plate was simply taken and the chicken wings just added back on the grill. I don't mind them cooking My food correctly as it should have been the first time but don't lie to me when I have direct view of the kitchen and grill. That's the opposite of what is called a new dish! I refused my food and sent it back. Believe it or not biting in blood doesnt give you the appetite to eat wings from there again. Then the hostess and chef had the cheek to come to me and said I should have asked my chicken to be well done. Now that's the scary part. How about you just cook it correctly. Your staff need educating about basic fundamentals in cooking chicken ASAP before posioning any members of the public. Here is a tip: use a thermometer.
I warn you all if you go please avoid any meat they cook on the bones. If they can't cook chicken wings imagine the rest of the...
