Giving a 1 star is too much for the experience we went thru.

What a disastrous experience.!!! We arrived there at 20.45 for a father & daughter dinner. The place was not busy at all. As we sat at our table, they came to give us the menus and take the drinks order. Drinks ordered, after 5 minutes the waitress came to take the food order. I replied that we have not yet decided and will do so soon. Then, soon after the restaurant supervisor came to the table for the order. As we had not yet decided, she said that she would come back sometime later. In the meantime, a table of 2 sat next to us. When the restaurant supervisor came with their menus, we told her that we wanted to order and she took our order of starters and main course without writing it down. 2 minutes later she asked me again if I wanted fries or roast potatoes with my food. Quiet sometime later a waitress delivered the main course to my daughter, where I replied that we where still waiting for our starters. She took the food back to the kitchen to check about the order. After this, NO ONE bothered to come to our table to explain what happened to our order. What broke the camel’s back was when the food for the adjacent table was delivered. 45 minutes had passed and yet, still no one from the management bothered to come to the table and provide an explanation. We than decided that we had enough and left, not before I spoke to the restaurant supervisor, where I expressed my total disgust and disappointment on how we had been treated and how the restaurant handled the issue. She was very cold and apart form offering her apologies she still did NOT bother to try and explain what went wrong with our order.

DEFINETELY ONE RESTAURANT THAT I STRUCK OFF FROM MY LIST. NEVER TO GO AGAIN!!!!!!

The atmosphere was pretty loud. There were 11 people in the restaurant (2 of them children 4-7 y/o). Music could be a tad lower since it resulted in people trying to speak over it. I ordered the munchies burger. It was decent, not good, not bad. The patty was made well-done, which made it pretty tough to chew through, but the overall burger was pretty juicy (patty somewhat as well). The "rosemary salted fries" might have been able to see salt and rosemary but hadn't been touched by either of them. However, the fries were fresh, and you could salt them yourself, but so, not a huge problem. The amount of condiments you were given was okay. The service was acceptable, nothing that stood out, but nothing that was lacking. Price might be a bit on the higher side in comparison to what you got....

Yue Bistro Naxxar has managed to provide me with a tailor-made menu for a large group on a very short notice. Notwithstanding the difficult requests with time and budget, Paul and his team have managed to put together a lovely evening for our 65 local and international players on a late Saturday evening. The food was delicious and well served in a timely manner. Staff were ready and made sure that everyone is being seen to without fail. Everything was outstanding and we cannot thank you enough for being the only eatery in the vicinity to accept our booking with a few days notice and catering to all our hard requests with delicious & nicely presented and exquisite food - truly impressed and thankful.
