Costa Coffee PAMA — Restaurant in Mosta

Well I dont know if they actually make such pathetic coffee or just here in Malta outlets. I have tried Starbucks, Cafe Coffee Day, even many small coffee shops and all of them make amazing coffee. I really dont understand how such a recognized brand cannot take care of their tastes. My wife and I ordered 2 medium Americano coffee, I have to be honest, it was like drinking dish water, really disgusting, I complained to one of the unprofessional girls, who works there, and all she said OH and looked at the coffee and did not offer anything in exchange, I paid 5euro50c, not because of the money but absolutely terrible.
