A tale of two seatings. We came to Maricos Popotla Jr. because our original destination, The Fat Cat was ridiculously packed with an hour and a half wait. We've been here over a dozen times. We love to go there for their fish tacos and shrimp tacos, the seafood salads are great, and the burritos are great too. They have various combos which are good value, and s chance to sample various items to see what you like most. The potres (dessert) helados (ice creams) are very delicious. Been at Popotla many times and the food is always good!. We usually order fish tacos, pulpo enchilado "hot octopus tacos" and ceviche or shrimp coctel. All areyum, what is hot comes hot, cold food comes cold. A favorite to bring friends and family for a Rosarito classic lunch of fish tacos. Very affordable as well. Plenty of parking. The look is that of a Palapa, a classic palm hut....
