My wife and I have stayed in this hotel a few times nice affordable but yesterday supposively someone hit a light pole lights and water went out for about 7 hours I asked if I could get a discount and got a no I decided to leave turn my key in cause couldn't use the restroom I spoke to the owner if I could get at least some of my money back since I was only there first 2 hours when the power went out he denied me said I wasn't getting anything back I told him so if I dirty the towels or anything I won't get my deposit back or if I break something I have to pay and this inconvienance should of got a discount well I loved this hotel but after this experience I don't know if I will come back!!!! Don't come here looking for a tourist oriented market with food and drinks. They have plenty of household items, snacks, sweets, souveniers, and dust collectors, but most impressive is the array of local/regional goods for home cooking. For me, the wide range of dried chile peppers that I can't get in the U.S. for making special sauces was the trick. The amazing selection of cheeses and mole sauces/pastes made me drool and wish I could bring some...

A beautiful, vibrant market place close to Avenido de Revolucion. Cheeses, candy, moles, piñatas, toys, shoes, games. It's a little hectic getting there and it's a little hidden but trust Google maps and you'll find it. It's work...
