I was a customer for 3 years and a couple months ago I was treated very horrible. The streets were closed due to a fair, and there was no parking in the street. So I went to Caesars parking and told the security if I could leave my car for two minutes and go pay for my room and the parking. He said no, I said please man there is no parking in the street due to the fair. He yelled at me aggressively and said that wasn't his problem. Keep in mind the parking lot was pretty much empty except 2 cars parked in the back. I left my car in front of the gate because there was no street parking that day. I went inside and the security must have made up some lie because 3 security guards were at the desk and 3 employees. I said your parking security guard has a really bad attitude. And the short guy, don't remember his name says nothing. And I said I need to pay for my room and parking. And he tells me this time were not going to give you parking. I said I have a reservation, he said you haven't paid yet . I've been going there for 3 years, I have always paid. I said this is how you treat your customers, and he said the ones with bad attitude yes. Really disrespectful and he lacks education. Only a couple staff members here were nice. I would even tip them, and buy them chips, and soda sometimes. I'll never come back here. They are ungrateful and don't have customer...
Read morethis place has changed for the better each yr. I was there 40yrs ago and it was nice. the worst thing lately is the noise from local bars that have music playing loud until 3AM. Now, nice and quite since the street is close to traffic. the staff are like robots. this last group were not understanding English. WTF. Every other hotel have people that use English. The ladies there were dumb. my computer allowed me to transact my reservation. the room i was given was supposted to be very quit and for 2 days i was awakened by noise in the wall. i complained but to deaf ears. 4am more noises and a fire alarm. i got a "security guard" to come into my room to hear the noise. He heard and just left. the noise quit. it was the fast food joint making noise in the walls that connected to Caesars. I wanted another room but the girl dunce at the front desk said that there was to be no more booking for another room until the next day. no more stays there for me. I got a nice room for cheap around the block quiet with great food. Caersars is always fixing the place up and is very nice but whoever hires the clerks should be fired. I have stayed there since 1960. nice and quiet since the street is now closed to all traffic. NO Big deal with the Caesar salad invented by accident by an Italian cook. they will...
Read moreThe hotel room is clean and fresh and the staff is nice. A few things I cannot let go. First, upon check in the attendant “needed a minute” and asked us to wait. In the meantime, three people came in and we immediately helped. We had time so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Second, we had a vomiting accident and used one of the towels to clean the mess. The hotel staff called to charge us 20$ for the towel. I asked why and they said “because it’s dirty”. I asked reasonable questions like “is it stained” or “unusable”. I told them I could have it cleaned locally and fix the issue. They said it could be regularly cleaned, but they have to charge because it’s dirty. Will you charge for any used towels at a hotel room? Ridiculous! Third, there is the worst construction going on in the hall and in a building near by that started at like 7am/8am it was so loud. Welp, guess we are getting up early, because sleep was hard under those conditions. Other than that, love the free coffee it was solid. The room is solid, just smaller than the photos. And, the location has access to some neat food and local convent stores. The street of the hotel is safe, but DO NOT go into the neighborhoods a few blocks up or down. It’s super sketch and all local drivers will warn you about these areas of high theft and...
